June swim course • Mondays & Wednesdays • 10:30–11:00am
Service Description
Enroll once and your swimmer is registered for the full month of June. Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:30–11:00am (30 minutes). Location: Farmington Aquatic Center. What to bring: • Swimsuit and towel • Goggles (recommended) • Water bottle Level 4 — Continuous 25m & Water Skills Swim skills: • Continuous 25m front crawl and backstroke • Bilateral breathing introduced • Basic breaststroke kick • Elementary treading (30–60 seconds) • Introduce flip turns Safety skills: • Basic rescue reach/shout awareness • Pool safety scenarios Location: Farmington Aquatic Center.
