June swim course • Mondays & Wednesdays • 10:00–10:30am
Service Description
Enroll once and your swimmer is registered for the full month of June. Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:00–10:30am (30 minutes). Location: Farmington Aquatic Center. What to bring: • Swimsuit and towel • Goggles (recommended) • Water bottle Level 3 — Basic Stroke Introduction Swim skills: • Coordinated kick + arm motion for front crawl and backstroke (10–15m) • Independent glides and recoveries • Rhythmic breathing basics Safety skills: • Surface recovery • Independent pool edge exit in deep/shallow Location: Farmington Aquatic Center.
